Ticket purchases will be refunded via your original payment method. If you were given a complimentary ticket, no refund will be issued. If you purchased your ticket through REGTIX, the refund will be made via your original payment method. If you purchased your ticket through Maceys, the refund will be made at the Maceys store where you purchased your ticket. Please bring your ticket and proof of purchase. All refund requests must be received by August 18, 2011.
